The Somali-American Private Sector Alliance (SAPSA) and the Minnesota Institute for Horn of African Studies (MNIHAS) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen collaboration between the private sector and health and social institutions.

This partnership seeks to align resources, expertise, and networks to advance community health, economic empowerment, and social development both in Minnesota and across the Somali diaspora.
